Divisions
In season 2008 Australian GT introduced the division system to accommodate a wider variety of vehicles of varying levels of performance to be able to compete on a level playing field. In creating the division system there is now 2 titles within Australian GT that competitors can enter depending on their vehicle.
Each division has their own branding, round trophies and outright trophies.
- The GT Championship division caters for the FIA GT3 specification vehicles.
- The GT Challenge division caters for cars that no longer fit within the GT Championship division. These are mainly “Challenge” specification cars. This is a less expensive alternative to GT Championship.

Eligibility List
This list includes all the eligible vehicles that are able to compete in each division of the category The document number next to each GT Championship car refer to the FIA homologation number and evolution document numbers that are eligible for the championship.

Driver Classification
Each driver will be assessed prior to entering the championship and will be classified into one of the following classifications:
- Privateer (unlimited number permitted, subject to relevant track density)
- Masters - limited number permitted at the discretion of the CM (eligible to compete in GT Championship division only)
- Seeded - limited number permitted at the discretion of the CM(eligible to compete in GT Championship division only)
A driver's classification may be changed at any time, including during a round of the Championship and will be advised by the CM.

CAMS Logbook Form
All cars entering the category require a logbook. If you have a new car that needs a logbook download the form below and submit to CAMS.

CAMS Logbook Amendment Form
If you have purchased a car from someone and need to transfer the logbook into your name or a company name you need to download the form below and submit to CAMS.

CAMS VISA Form
If you are a competitor who runs on an international licence (i.e. is from overseas) and wish to compete in Australia, you need to download and lodge the form below to CAMS as a part of your application and entry process. Other criteria applies so please contact AGT to discuss.
